Kiwiversity has helped us tremendously with the launching of our new French School. We have been using it for almost two years and we are so thankful to have a system to work with that is reliable, efficient, and user friendly. The personal logons allow our teachers to keep up with their classes and communicate with their students. Teachers enter their class attendance while the system simultaneously create their monthly invoices. With just a touch of a button, teachers can submit their invoices to us at the end of the month. We rely on this program to run our everyday operations and cannot be more thrilled with the results and the tools that are at our fingertips! Even the not-so-tech-savvy staff are able to work the system. But most important, is the customer service and the personal attention we receive from the professional staff at Kiwiversity! Anytime that I need a new tool added on to help our organization function, Kiwiversity listens and creates an added function to meet our needs! Kiwiversity was a breath of fresh air for the Alliance Francaise of Greater Phoenix. We were able to abandon our numerous Excel spreadsheets and regroup all of our information concerning our members, our students, our teachers and our prospects into the same system. The Kiwiversity team helped us implement the system and adapted every aspect of it to the needs of our Alliance. Even after all of our employees were trained, Kiwiversity helpdesk was still extremely available to answer any questions and make any changes we required. We really appreciate this system as it's user-friendly : it's easy to create a class, a new member/follower. The AFT has now a professional system enabling us to create campaign, to have an instant list of our members and for the teacher to create their invoice and manage their classes. It's great ! Last, but certainly not least, Technical support is super efficient and reactive. Any question you have you can contact them and you get an answer in the day.
